These cookies are set either directly by Career Élan or by our authentication infrastructure provider (Supabase), and — during sign-in only — by Google or Facebook as part of their own OAuth process, subject to their respective privacy policies.
3. Why We Don’t Ask for Cookie Consent on Every Visit
The cookies described above are strictly necessary for the Service to function — primarily keeping you securely signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or non-essential tracking, so we do not currently display a cookie consent banner. If we introduce optional cookies (such as analytics) in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate consent controls at that time.

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are necessary for signing in and keeping your account secure, blocking or deleting them may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service properly.
